Trinity Centre

I delivered Trinity’s combined arts programme, programming touring dance, theatre and cross-disciplinary work alongside co-productions with local and national artists. The programme was shaped by and for the diverse communities living within half a mile of the venue, ensuring the work felt relevant and accessible.

Working strategically, I aligned artistic vision with community needs to encourage meaningful participation, while acting as lead producer on in-house projects from concept to delivery. I managed budgets ranging from £40,000 to £150,000 with care and clarity, supporting programme sustainability without compromising on the work.

Alongside this, I developed distinctive funding proposals, creating unique projects that secured additional resources, enabling the programme to grow and respond creatively to new opportunities.
