Supported the development of Jacobs Wells Baths as a future arts hub, bringing together organisations, performers and producers to explore what the space could become. Alongside this, I looked after relationships with stakeholders through diligent CRM management, helping key contacts stay connected, informed and involved as ideas developed.

Working closely with PH3 Architects and community partners Placed, I helped host three on-site conversations that used the building itself to spark ideas, questions and honest discussion about its future. At the same time, I spoke with potential future hirers to understand commercial interest and gather insights into how the space might be used and sustained over the long term.
