I produced imaginative projects and events that blended film, theatre and immersive experience, often set in unexpected spaces. I worked closely with artists and partners to shape ideas from early concept through to delivery, holding both the creative intention and the practical realities at the same time.

My role sat in the space between vision and execution - translating artistic ideas into clear plans, timelines and budgets, while making sure projects remained safe, accessible and engaging for audiences. I coordinated complex logistics, from permits and licences to on theday delivery.

Alongside this, I led contractor teams and artists, creating the conditions for strong working relationships and seamless delivery when in high-pressure, unconventional settings.
