I managed festival production from early concept through to delivery, balancing creative ambition with clear planning to ensure everything ran smoothly, on time and within budget. I modernised the festival, streamlined processes behind the scenes to improve operational efficiency, creating a better experience for both audiences and teams.

With a strong passion for film and community, I developed engaging programmes designed to resonate with diverse audiences and worked closely with artists, partners and stakeholders to build strong relationships, fostering collaboration - a key part of the festival.

Alongside programming and production, I introduced a new digital ticketing system to simplify sales and strengthen audience relationships through improved CRM, supporting the festival’s long-term growth and sustainability.
